Eva Charalambous
You may be feeling stuck in familiar patterns, repeating the same situations, thoughts, or relationships, without quite knowing why. Or perhaps something has shifted recently, leaving you feeling unsteady or unsure of yourself. These experiences can be confusing and lonely, and reaching out for therapy can feel daunting.
My approach is gentle, reflective, and grounded in curiosity about what lies beneath the surface of our everyday lives. Together we can begin to explore how past experiences shape the ways you think, feel, and relate to others, often in subtle but powerful ways.
Before becoming a psychotherapist, I spent many years in demanding professional environments, so I understand how pressure, anxiety, and self-doubt can accumulate over time. I also draw on an understanding of early development to help clients see how old emotional patterns may still be shaping their adult relationships.
People who work with me often describe a growing sense of steadiness and self-understanding. It's a feeling of finding themselves again after a long time feeling disconnected. Starting therapy can feel daunting, but it’s also the beginning of that journey back to yourself.
I work in person and online from a private space in Central London. I offer a free initial consultation and would be pleased to hear from you if you’d like to explore whether working together feels right.
