Starting therapy can feel daunting, but it can also be the beginning of meaningful change. Many people I see are struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, or stress related to work and relationships. Others come during times of transition, loss, or when something in life feels “stuck.” My approach focuses on exploring the deeper patterns and unconscious processes that shape how you feel, think, and relate to others. Therapy offers a reflective space to understand these patterns and to develop new ways of managing challenges.
My clinical experience includes working with people facing depression, anxiety, self-harm, bereavement, and complex relationship or family issues. I provide both open-ended and short-term psychotherapy in a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental setting. I work in English and German, with clients from a wide range of cultural and professional backgrounds.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked in the arts and lived in both Europe and North America, experiences which shape my sensitivity to identity, creativity, and cultural diversity in the therapeutic process. I offer sessions in Central London.
